My local Sainsbury's has had selection boxes and other Christmas packs of chocolate in since the beginning of September. Mince pies and Christmas cakes/puddings are well stocked on the shelves. But could this be the earliest that anyone has decorated for the Christmas season?
Christmas comes early for couple
When I was a kid there was a family who kept their christmas tree up all year and in the window with the lights on. They were the house right after the police station. Well turns out the tree was up cause he wanted all the little girls to look at the window cause he was also showing his little jingle bell to all. Goes to show you, you never know what people are up too.
Here in the States...they had Christmas stuff up last month!!! Yes, it was the middle of September and they took down the school supplies and put up Christmas stuff! Let's just skip Halloween and Thanksgiving..and go straight to Christmas! Bah...
Hallmark stores in Canada start setting up their Christmas ornament displays right after Canada Day... which is July 1.
