I also have depression along with my FMS, so I take Cymbalta. It has helped with my headaches and some of the pain, but not enough to keep me from aching. Naprocen has become my friend (I try not to take anything stronger because of the IBS). For the IBS, I am taking Magnesium (which helps with the muscle cramping also) and senna tea. Getting my mind to relax has been the hardest part lately.
